Responsibilities

  • Familiar with Agile methodologies.  Able to run scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, weekly backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives.  Manage and prioritize the backlog of features and bugs with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Project Management.  Manage the overall roadmap and budget.  Ensure effective and timely delivery of features.  Identify project risks and issues and communicate them upstream.
  • Provide product support to the team.  Assist writing stories and prioritizing requirements.  Follow up with team members to ensure blockers get removed in a timely matter.  Participate in product design sessions.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle to support regular releases.  Participate in deployments to QA, Staging and Production environments.  Assist with regression testing and update test cases as new features are released.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders for product requirements.  Translate concerns, input and feedback into the project.  Take meetings notes and afterwards distribute decisions and action items to attendees.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years experience as an Agile software development project manager. 
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Comfortable with technical topics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital media and/or digital studio experience is a big plus
  • Salesforce project development experience is a plus
