You are an experienced technical program manager with a proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple technical projects with large, cross-functional teams. You set up teams to perform at their peaks. You also recognize your ability to foster relationships with individuals—not just with teams—has been a key factor in your success. Where some might consider process a burden, you understand the right process allows people to thrive. You generally lead by listening and organizing, but your strong voice is respected when you speak up. Above all, you remove obstacles to see a roadmap become reality.

What You'll Do

  • Define and maintain Project Plans and facilitate the creation of a well-defined product backlog with the product team. 
  • Serve as scrum master for engineering teams as they introduce and adapt to an agile scrum workflow
  • Manage Release planning, as defined by team
  • Responsible for initiating end-to-end projects/programs, locking down high-level requirements and long-term goals from business and technical stakeholders and translating those into detailed backlogs and tasks actionable by engineering teams.
  • Be proactive in driving process, accountability and productivity improvements across multiple teams and functions.
  • Bridge communication between Executive, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Maintain project management tools and documentation used to track and communicate progress; champion continuous process improvement and shepherd all company disciplines to effectively utilize process and tools

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years as a technical project or program manager
  • 2+ years directly serving as scrum master for agile engineering teams
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Trello and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with release management across iOS, Android, and Web
  • Extensive experience with cross functional teams and managing relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Organized and decisive leadership skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills: proven ability to influence peers and managers, resolve conflict and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity.
  • Clear sense of ownership and self-motivation.
  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.
