As a Technical Program Manager, you will use your skills to:

  • Define product incubation plan, resources and lifecycle working closely with Product Managers
  • Co-ordinate technical decisions and drive software engineering approach for the incubation 
  • Manage client relationship and effectively communicate technical design with both business and technical partners
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, architects, data scientists and quality assurance to lead projects through design and delivery
  • Serve as high-level product engineering coordinator and delegate internal and external resources
  • Efficiently identify and resolve issues and mitigate incubation risk

As an “Associate” Technical Program Manager, you will need:

  • Undergraduate degree in any engineering discipline
  • Engineering Intern and/or 1+ years of experience leading teams to design scalable software
  • Relevant experience as part of intern and project work in web, mobile and related technologies 
  • Experience using product sprints and use case epic design working with Engineering and Product teams
  • Experience in a modern DevOps environment working with Open Source technologies
  • Ability to take large incubation and break them down into manageable sections, develop functional feature design, then execute them on time and budget
  • Experience with Agile software development principles and methodologies
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple incubations, exemplifying a high level of excellence and focus
