Sponsorship Programs Manager
As a member of the Alliance Marketing Team the Sponsorship Programs Manager will manage BlackLine's growing Global Sponsorship Program. You will be tasked with owning the sponsorship strategy and marketing plan for BlackLine. You will execute the program's business objectives for our global user conferences, regional events and field marketing events with BlackLine's strategic partners, and universities. You will also represent BlackLine as a sponsoring partner. In this role you will partner closely with our Alliance, Events, Programs and Product Marketing Teams, and importantly, our Partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
· Become a strategic partner to our global partner ecosystem and university sponsor stakeholders · Own and manage the annual sponsorship strategy, program and sponsorship fulfillment · Drive an end-to-end plan from collection of input from key partners and internal stakeholders to create the annual sponsorship prospectus and other programs · Create an excellent sponsor experience for our sponsors through proactive communication and as their first point of contact with questions/concerns

Qualifications:
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing or supporting a sponsorship program, serving in a partner marketing role or field marketing role with experience in live event sponsorships · Professional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage all levels of an organization · Ability to use data and insights to inform or build a business case · Flexible with supporting global teams in different time zones · PRM experience a plus |
