As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally to unite our feature teams to ensure products are built and delivered on time, on budget with consideration to scope and business outcomes. In this role, you will act as a partner to the CTO helping the company scale product development efforts at a high velocity.

Here's what you’ll get to do:

* Use metrics and KPIs to highlight the continuous improvement, quality, and predictability of teams

* Support ongoing development of the product and engineering roadmaps by identifying interdependencies between projects and coordinating with teams on cross-functional planning efforts

* Work with stakeholders from around the business to ensure that they know what products we are building, and how they can best take advantage of them

* Develop and maintain clear visibility into our company’s goals and the initiatives that will help drive them

* Help teams define project scope, coordinate with those responsible for project results, proactively identify risks, and work cross-functionally to mitigate them

* Evangelize Agile / Scrum best practices to give our feature teams the tools to deliver value to our customers at a high velocity

* Keep the leadership team aligned with what the product development organization is delivering

Here's what we're looking for:

* 5+ years experience as a TPM, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach

* High proficiency in Project Management with the ability to work in Agile delivery models

* Proficiency with a project management tool (Monday, Jira, etc.)

* Understanding of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)

* High proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets

* Proven ability to interact with technical and non-technical partners

* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle large amounts of information

* Proficiency in other methodologies/frameworks like Agile, Kanban, Scrum

* Prior computer science experience or education

* Data reporting and analytics using SQL or BI tools such a Mode Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
