Now, about the opportunity: As a Senior Technical Producer, Program Lead, you’ll lead one of the largest single ongoing projects on our largest account. This position is the main client point of contact and project lead for a $2.5M+ ongoing product platform development project. Additionally, our ideal candidate is a go-getter who seeks new opportunities to create impactful work.


On any given day you:

  • You will work at the intersection of ideation, business, and production to grow an evolving platform partnership. 
  • You will work side-by-side with a Senior Technical Project Manager
  • You will work with the client and Project Technical Director to help define, optimize, and successfully drive new features and builds for ongoing platform development.
  • You will also work with the Account Director to strategize the product’s long-term vision and financial health. 
  • You will be principally responsible for the project's timely delivery. 
  • You will help steer the creative, development, and production teams. 
  • You will create quick solutions to make the client happy.
  • You will make sure that the work meets the client’s strategy, brand, technical, and creative goals.
  • You are responsible for scoping and quoting key projects as well as timing and planning production work. 
  • You will help to establish the priorities of the project development. 
  • You will make sure the work is profitable & doable.
  • You will present the product to clients and third parties.

You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience managing technical projects with an emphasis on product development.
  • You have a strong understanding of technical development and the ability to foresee planning & production issues. 
  • You have the ability to translate technical projects’ complexity into language that clients can understand. 
  • You have proven experience with spreadsheets & project management (e.g., SmartSheet, Harvest, Forecast, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello, Post-it notes).
  • You have proven experience with Slides and Docs 
  • You are comfortable balancing budget vs. features. 
  • You have proven experience with backloging, prioritization and tracking 

The ideal person:

  • You are knowledgeable in Angular or Python (and you might even have your own experiments on Github!) 
  • You are comfortable working directly with clients.
  • You are a problem solver.
  • You are a process-oriented person that likes to optimize workflows and systems.
  • You are good at finding solutions for conflicting deadlines and client requests.
  • You have a passion for design and user experience.
  • You are an advocate for testing, iteration, and refinement for continuous improvement.
