What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join the Within Product Management group. At Within, we move fast in an innovative, creative environment. As the Sr. Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our product roadmap is well documented and well understood by all, and is heading in the right direction to meet business goals, while removing roadblocks, tracking risk and communicating results.

The impact you’ll make:

• Partner with Product Management, Design, and Engineering leads to deliver category-defining software products
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to execute on complex projects involving creative, business, and technical stakeholders
• Manage task dependencies and their impact on related stakeholders to create optimal engineering velocity and efficiency
• Document accomplishments, milestones, key issues, and software releases
• Continually improve the product development process through efficiency measures and organizational design
• Communicate project status and reports to team members and executives weekly

What you’ll need to be successful:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5-8 years of progressively increasing responsibility in software development project management
• The ideal candidate is proactive in identifying disorganization and driving the right stakeholders toward order
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Expertise with Atlassian’s JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Prioritize typical job responsibilities along with ad hoc requests
• Develop strong relationships built on mutual respect and a focus on continuous improvement

Bonus Points for:

• Experience managing Kanban, Scrum, and other project types
• Expert in Google Apps and/or Microsoft Excel
• Experience within a SaaS environment that releases frequent updates
• Start-up/entrepreneurial experience
