With a passion for learning, candidates for this role should be excited to merge best practices with innovative execution to ensure that GOAT Group continues to fulfill its vision of inspiring individuals to be their greatest.

In this role you will:

  • Join as an early member of the Talent Analytics & Planning team, shaping how GOAT brings the greatest out of its people for years to come
  • Design, develop, pilot and deliver engaging and innovative training programs that will meet the needs of a rapidly growing, global employee base
  • Effectively facilitate live and e-learning programs to employees based in a variety of facilities, including corporate offices, retail stores, and warehouse facilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop learning content that is relevant and impactful to employees across a global organization
  • Continually assess and evaluate effectiveness of programming, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Support the Talent Analytics & Planning team and broader People team on learning initiatives as needed

We are looking for:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development
  • Experience creating and leading innovative in-person and virtual learning content
  • Robust facilitation background with proven history of leading engaging trainings
  • Strong project management skills, capable of seeing cross-functional initiatives from design through implementation while keeping stakeholders appropriately engaged
  • Proven ability to manage a wide cross-functional array of stakeholders, both within HR and across other business functions
  • “User-centric” mindset, with an ability to think innovatively to create the best experience for our employees
  • A love for continual learning, approaching the challenges of an ambiguous, dynamic environment and rapidly changing responsibilities with a curious mindset and “get-the-job-done” mentality
  • Excellent communication, detail-orientation, and organization abilities
  • Familiarity managing a learning management system a plus
