SUMMARY
WELL is seeking a Senior Program Director to oversee a strategic service line for WELL. You will own the executive relationship between WELL and WELL’s strategic partners leveraging this service line. You will support the implementation activity related to this service line across all sites. You will own coordination with one of WELL’s Channel Partner teams, as well as WELL stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Technical) from planning to go-live. You will gather requirements, drive setup, and oversee customer launch until successfully transitioning clients to the relationship management team.
You will work collaboratively with key members of the Channel, Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations teams to further champion WELL’s solutions. By supporting the success of this strategic service line, you will contribute to improving the quality, outcomes, and care experience for patients nationally and globally.
This is an exciting role for an experienced general/program manager with a passion for both the strategic, operational, and technical aspects of improving healthcare through human-centered technology solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with WELL’s Channel, Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure that WELL delivers a world-class client experience
- Support hiring and team structure for this key service line
- Partner with WELL’s Finance and Operations teams to ensure effective management of the budget for this service line
- Work directly with Channel Partners and WELL’s team to develop innovative patient communication solutions that directly impact members and patient outcomes
- Manage the Marquis customer implementation workstream from end to end
- Be a subject matter expert on the WELL platform
- Manage the successful build out, launch, and ongoing maintenance of a national implementation and reporting function
- Provide timely and accurate communication internally and to customers
- Be a positive, collaborative, creative member of cross-functional teams and bring a relentless commitment to delivering results
REQUIREMENTS
- BA or BS from an accredited 4-year university (or equivalent work experience)
- 10+ years experience in owning budget or P/L for a business unit inclusive of technical and operational workstreams, project/program management, product lifecycle management, preferably in SaaS operations
- 7+ years experience with healthcare data, including claims, electronic health records and/or patient-reported data
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, driven individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple projects at once
BONUS
- Government experience and security clearance
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration or Public Health (or related degree)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Six Sigma Certification

LOCATION
WELL is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA with offices in Boston, MA and Los Angeles, CA (forthcoming). For this role, we are looking for candidates that are currently located anywhere within the United States and are seeking a permanently remote role. #LI-Remote
