Job Summary:
As the Senior Manager of Talent Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent management strategy, while working with upper management to help identify, organize and execute against complex business challenges. You will report into our Head of People and lead a small, dedicated team of People professionals responsible for scaling processes and initiatives that create value for employees across our organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner closely with leadership to develop people programs and processes that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
- Support Talent Management (e.g. learning and development, career development, performance management, employee engagement)
- Work cross-functionally with various departments/team members and leaders to gain buy-in on new projects and initiatives
- Leverage data, analytics, and research to refine our talent strategy and enable better data-driven decision-making
- Develop content for employee programs and facilitate where necessary
- Work with a sense of urgency, while staying focused and organized
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and employees across the organization
- Strong analytical toolkit to drive effective reporting and data-driven decision-making
- 3+ years of manager experience at a Management or Human Capital consulting firm and/or experience working in a People Manager role at a respected, high-growth organization
- Adaptable to change and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Strong program and project management skills
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
