In this role, the focus will be on digital transformation supporting PLM 3DX Product Management & DevSecOps team. This position will support developing comprehensive software solutions to rapidly access and visually transform complex engineering and manufacturing applications.This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. Position Responsibilities Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead, consult and coach in one or more specific Agile roles: Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Release/Solution Train Engineer
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, stakeholders, and partner teams to create short-, mid- and long-term execution plans that align to the strategy
  • Collaborate with teams to look across multiple programs to ensure management and governance process to accelerate and drive joint decision making and prioritization
  • Lead activities to determine project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of business process development and system development lifecycle; Negotiate changes to program/project baselines
  • Establish partnerships and engage with internal and external stakeholders; Maintain relationships/partnerships with customers, peers and partners to develop strategies, goals and objectives that are consistent with organization strategy and drive business solutions
  • Use Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile subject matter expertise to lead teams in execution of Agile projects; Coach organizations and teams on methodology and practices and influence leaders and change agents on the culture change required to shift from traditional management to an Agile methodology and mindset
  • Strong organizational, cross group collaboration, project management, time management and negotiation skills
  • Document ROI of prioritized work and how impact will be measured

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience operating in an Agile development environment
  • Experience acting in Agile leadership roles of Project Manager, Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Experience in managing relationships with business leaders and executives, leading complex projects, enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to drive several cross-functional teams, programs and work streams towards a unifying set of objectives
  • Written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts
  • Implementation experience with SAFe Framework
  • Currently hold an active Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe4 or SAFe5) Program certification
  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), ITG Clarity and BORIS

Typical Education & Experience :Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
