Scrum Master:
Reformation is looking for the champion for scrum within our tech teams. We want someone who will coach theteam, the product owner, and the business on the scrum process and look for ways to fine-tune your own practice of
it. We are looking for an effective scrum master who deeply understands the work being done by the team and can
help the team optimize their delivery flow and increase capacity.
What You'll Do:
- Advocate of agile manifesto, pillars, and values
- Agile process expert, coach, facilitator, and servant leader for the team
- Encourage self-organization within the team
- Helps team do and deliver their best work
- Facilitate ceremonies and monitor sprint
- Help the team perform at their highest-level
- Remove impediments to progress
- Work with the product owner to make sure the backlog is in good shape and ready for next sprint
- Protect the team from complacency
- Member and motivator of the scrum team with total allegiance to the team
- Ongoing agile training and continuous improvement of the team
- Passion for inspecting and adapting
Help the team maintain their burn down chart
- Exhibits lean-agile expertise
What You'll Need:
- 2-3 years of scrum master relevant experience
- Proficient in JIRA, Atlasssian's issue and ticketing software
- Scrum master certification preferred
- Passion and understanding of agile practices
