About the role:

As a member of the Marketing Team, you will directly contribute to optimizing the speed and efficiency of the B2B organization at Appetize. You will act as the primary Salesforce Administrator, while also managing other sales/marketing tools that integrate with the platform.

You will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform and its connectivity to the broader Appetize data ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally to identify, develop and deploy new business processes and adoption of the platform.

In this role you will:

  • Own and manage all CRM, B2B lead management and marketing automation systems (Salesforce (SFDC), Hubspot, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Maintain and streamline integrations both between tools and with our backend databases, constantly improve data quality, relentlessly focus on automation, and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Own in-depth reporting and communicate the same with cross-functional partners internally, and manage vendor relationships externally
  • Manage all Salesforce processes including, but not limited to custom object/field creation and maintenance, validations, data architecture, workflow and process automation, user profiles and permission sets, role hierarchy, and 3rd party integrations
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality
  • Manage overall data quality/hygiene and ongoing processes to support data quality
  • Optimize each GTM system, thinking through database integrations and data architecture improvements
  • Execute overall process and system improvement on an ongoing basis
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for all lead management and workflow processes
  • Effectively prioritize and manage additional ad-hoc requests and responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years of business systems administration and/or management, including Salesforce
  • Experience owning/managing leading sales/CRM tools including SFDC, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Ability to manage integrations (bi-directional field syncing, API call limitations, troubleshooting/bug fixing) between multiple systems
  • Familiarity with leading data architecture methodologies
  • Ability to identify manual processes, improve them and automate them
  • Highly analytical, solution oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to navigate complex cross-functional situations
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Relentless focus on process improvement
  • Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills
  • Early-stage experience in a fast past, high growth company

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Math, or other relevant subject areas
  • Familiarity with with Trello, Jira, and Hubspot for documentation and work-planning
  • Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (CPQ-201) are great, too).
