Why you're important to us:

As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will focus on unifying our sales approach while identifying where and how we can drive more impact. You will be responsible for deploying initiatives that enable our sales team to effectively sell and drive more revenue, including but not limited to process improvements and sales strategy. You will also support and enhance existing sales enablement programs owned by the Sales Enablement team.


How you will contribute:

  • Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate sales processes, practices, and tools to support the sales org
  • Partner with sales reps and sales leadership to identify opportunity areas for optimizing our sales approach and influencing change management initiatives
  • Oversee the strategy and usage of our sales enablement tools to drive success, in addition to vendor management at times (i.e. Outreach, Salesforce)
  • Document sales processes and define standard operating procedures, and help managers implement them
  • Manage various sales enablement projects from concept to execution while overseeing project team communications
  • Develop expertise in how the company processes and resources work
  • Work with leadership to build out reporting and roadmaps

  • You have 2+ years working with sales enablement technologies and best practices
  • You see systems and processes as a strategic differentiator
  • You are forward-thinking with strong conceptual and decision-making skills
  • You are an expert at using both quantitative and qualitative data to distill insights and drive decisions
  • You are able to work autonomously at times and effectively manage projects from concept to completion
  • You can drive immediate results while thinking strategically long-term
  • You have strong negotiating skills within a context of sensitivity and conflicting interests
  • You enjoy understanding what has an impact on a sales team and how to drive effective behavioral change
