Sales and Operations Coordinator
Ring is looking for a self-motivated Operations Coordinator supporting the Neighborhood's team to join our rapidly growing team! We’re looking for a candidate that will be a fast learner, multi-tasker and someone who’s highly detail-oriented and organized.
Responsibilities
- Work with our Sales team to produce custom marketing material
- Manage and execute on projects and partnerships focused on reducing crime in neighborhoods
- Help coordinate Ring branded events. This could include traveling if additional event staff is needed
- Utilize Salesforce to track accounts, leads, and impact of Neighborhood sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce is highly recommended, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and able to collaborate with different teams
- 2-4 years of experience in Project Management, Marketing Coordinator, and/or Operations Coordinator.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, pressured environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
