After closing our US Series A financing round we are looking to further scale. You have the chance to join the founding team early and become a crucial part of our success story.
As the Project Manager for Your Super, you enjoy taking ownership around launches of new products. In this role, you will be the point person on everything related to the status of a new SKU. You will oversee all aspects of the project execution set project timeline, identify milestones, monitor and summarize the progress of projects, identify and manage risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee innovation for new SKUs from concept to launch
• Project management responsibilities include delivering all projects on time and within scope by leading and managing cross-functional teams through a phase-gated product development process.
• Build project timelines and collaborate with the cross-functional teams on meeting the execution timing on key project activities. Keep projects on task and on time to desired in-market dates
• Lead all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams with respect to new product launches 
• Lead the assessment and research of new innovation opportunities, including business case assessment, profitability targets, concept development & testing 
• Responsible for building key relationships with new suppliers and retailers. 
• You are a liaison between marketing, supply chain, tech & finance 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

• 4-6 years experience in Project Management or related field 
• Prior experience with Health & Wellness / CPG
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High-energy, proactive self-starter
• Team player with the ability to work independently, adapt to change and be tech-savvy
