We are building the next-generation hardware and software platform for the hospitality industry and are looking for brilliant and versatile engineers who know the technology landscape and can craft simple and creative solutions.

We are currently looking for a project manager to assist our engineering and customer services teams in designing and deploying integrations with 3rd party mobile applications and 3rd party platforms (such as Property Management System, Point of Sales or Lock vendors). The project manager will be essential in maintaining a good relationship with those vendors and manage expectations of such integrations with our customers (hotels, casinos…).

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a relationship with partners
• Manage the integrations’ project lifecycle: partner research, contact, contract, and NDA, put the agreement in place, kick off, obtain documentation and development environment, review documentation, smoke test APIs, development, certification, first deployment, ready for production.
• Communicate goals and progress to teams and stakeholders.
• Help integration team breakdown work based on the risk of the project.
• Manage milestones and priorities, and be able to work with customer services and partners for a hotel.

Job Requirements:

• Have some technical background and be interested in technical conversations.
• Need to set the context for engineers to resolve integrations challenges according to priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing.
• Very very organized.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus
• Experience working in the hospitality industry with PMS, POS, Ticketing and Lock vendors is a plus
