Project Manager
AppOnboard is looking for a Project Manager to assist the Engineering team by managing its production pipeline. You are a person obsessed with details, organization, and efficiency. Working alongside the Head of Product you would streamline the Engineering and Product processes ensuring they are devoid of hiccups and bottlenecks.
AppOnboard is a next-gen platform that powers Full-Fidelity Demos, which allow users to instantly experience an app or game in the highest quality possible before downloading it. AppOnboard enables app and game testing, driving insights to product teams and optimizing app launches and onboarding. The company was founded in late 2016 by Jonathan Zweig, the founding CEO of AdColony (which sold to Opera Software for $350 million).

Job Details:
Manage the SDLC end to end with no detail buried or omitted
Improve upon current proccesses through optimization, feature suggestion, and proper streamlined management
Investigate pain points and problem areas in order to unearth underlying causes, both concrete and abstract
Ensure the process is executed with unyielding accuracy and organization
Provide relentless and energetic feedback to the Head of Product and other members of the team
Create detailed reports on the overall productivity and health of processes in your purview
Oversee all aspects of project closeout including documentation and processes
Coordinate and utilize all resources of the engineering and product team
Complete any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to you
Requirements
+3 years experience managing mid/large-sized projects end to end
Impeccable written and communication skills
Mastery of PM tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Confluence) and approaches like Agile Scrum and/or Kanban
Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage projects with many moving parts and deadlines
Experience leading daily stand ups, sprint retroactives, sprint kickoffs, and backlog grooming
Experience analyzing reports like burndown charts, velocity charts, and sprint reports to measure team output and get better work estimations for each sprint
Ability to work cross functionally with engineering teams, product managers, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery of tasks
