Overview
This position works closely with clients, team members, and other stakeholders and actively supports the project lifecycle. This position leads the development of business requirements for applying technology to fit business needs. This position is required to understand, translate and document complex business requirements to enable design, development and implementation including, but not limited to HR Systems. This position will be a liaison between business owners and IT, where needed.
Job Description

  • Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards
  • Participate in the analysis, design, training, testing, implementations and support of targeted solutions
  • Develop and maintain solid partnerships with Project Managers, business leads, IT leads and other key stakeholders
  • Provide Business Analysis leadership, consultation, direction, and end-to-end support for projects to ensure coordination of business analysis activities
  • Support the initiation and planning of the project including facilitating the definition of objectives, scope, and deliverables ensuring the project is setup for success
  • Ensure that business analysis framework and project controls are consistently applied within projects
  • Lead requirements gathering and elicitation processes
  • Produce business analysis related documentation, including requirements, current and future state processes and workflows, report specifications and others to high quality standards
  • Collaborate with business and information technology stakeholders facilitating the selection of solution alternatives for implementation
  • Suggest and implement recommendations on efficiency improvements where applicable
  • Assist business stakeholders in operational readiness activities, including impact analysis and documentation of process changes
  • Serve as liaison between users, vendors, and technical groups to resolve complex issues
  • Build test plans, use and test cases, and perform system testing utilizing these tools
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing and obtain user sign-off
  • Conduct analysis and implementation of data and process reengineering initiatives
  • Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow
  • Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards
  • Participate in the analysis, design, training, testing, implementations and support of targeted solutions
  • Represent the business and the overall organizational interests when working cross departmental on projects and programs
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Knowledge of human resources practices and principles preferred, emphasis in HR systems and processes
  • Technical proficiency; high in MS Office suite
  • HRIS experience required, preferably, UKG
  • Experience with technical support of Applicant Tracking System software (iCIMS preferred)
  • Experience leading the implementation of software integrations
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving
  • Sound judgment and a desire for innovation, ability to think and express oneself
  • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work independently
