Position Overview:

InvestCloud is looking for dynamic and accomplished individuals seeking to bring their knowledge and expertise in project management. This position is appropriate for self-starters with strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent command of project management approaches and a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and be highly capable of quickly mastering new key concepts.

Responsibilities

• Work with strategic clients from project initiation to completion (full SDLC)
• Communication with all levels of client and internal teams
• Understand Technical and Business components of complex projects
• Develop WBS, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies for projects
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design, build, QA, and implementation
• Manage budget, status reports, risk mitigation, issues, and approvals
• Deliver quality product within committed timelines
• Manage scope rigorously with formal change control
• Leverage subject matter experts relentlessly to determine the optimal delivery approach
• Manage to the KPIs and report to executives

What We Look For:

• Experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of proven success in managing projects – schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, issue resolution, resource management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage client expectations
• Experience working in a collaborative and matrixed environment – team player
• Experience leading software technology projects
• Understanding of process improvement, planning tools, and resource allocation

Preferred:

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Ability to handle multiple projects and multiple projects
• Strong understanding of either accounting or financial principles
• Thrives in fast paced environment that delivers value-add to all projects
