NuORDER is the leading wholesale eCommerce platform. We provide a 360-degree solution to help wholesale sellers and their buyers conduct business online in a smarter, more efficient way. We also have more than 400k buyers and will process more than $6B (yes, billion!) in GMV orders on our platform in 2018.

This is a new position as we have recently signed a partnership agreement with a large retailer to deliver a technology solution for this retailer and its wholesale vendors. This project manager will work directly with the retail partner and internal NuORDER teams (project management, engineering, onboarding and customer success) to ensure successful development and rollout of the software solution.

The ideal candidate will be PMP certified, have a strong Agile/Scrum background, and be skilled in effectively navigating the various work streams to serve an enterprise partner. You must be on-site with the main project team in Los Angeles (Westwood) and be willing to travel to Seattle as needed (up to 25% of time).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on project manager for medium to large system implementation projects
• Manage an Agile project from scope through post-implementation review utilizing Scrum to create a highly visible workflow
• Collaborate with multiple Stakeholders, Product Managers, Engineers, and Partners
• Manage any new Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Manage project plan, project schedule, and budget tracking
• Manage compliance, process/procedure changes, and risk
• Manage priorities, dependencies, and impact
• Consistent communication and training throughout new product release to ensure the success of the project

Qualifications

• Demonstrated successful leadership of enterprise projects
• Excellent verbal, written, and negotiation skills
• Outstanding relationship and influencing skills
• Experience using JIRA
• 5 years of total Project Management experience
• 3 years experience leading enterprise-level software projects
• 3 years experience working directly with partners or customers
• Demonstrated project leadership, business, and technical acumen
• Mixture of Project Management experience for both business and technical projects.
• B2B experience a plus
