You Aspire To:

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead our project engineering team for our next phase of growth. You will have the opportunity to transform the world through the application of our unique solar thermal technology.

• Oversee all technical aspects of constructing a large scale concentrating solar thermal facility.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Evaluate facility performance against published specifications.
• Lead and mentor a multi-discipline team of field engineers.
• Evaluate conformance to design.
• Act as the technical information source for all project related matters.

What’s Essential:

• BS or MS in Engineering with minimum of 5 years work experience that includes hands-on process engineering and plant construction.
• Position requires physical activities including climbing ladders, working on elevated towers and platforms and entering small/ limited spaces.
• Organization skills, including ability to manage deliverables and timeline for execution to achieve project goals.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, MS Project or Primavera P6.

What's Desirable:

• Project engineering for projects totaling more than $25million USD.
• Boots on the ground project construction support in an industrial or process setting.
• Successful completion of projects with tight schedules
• Working with new technologies
• Managing cross functional teams across multiple business units
• Developing and managing project budgets and schedules
