Project Coordinator

Job Description

The Project Coordinator will work with TicketGuardian’s engineering team to drive efficient and effective processes and procedures across all facets of the engineering business. You are organized, live for structure and believe in a strong documentation process. In this role, you will:

  • Assists the EVP and SVP of Engineering with detailed documentation around statements of work, standard operating procedures, and other technical documents
  • Coordinate engineering communication, ensure all departments within engineering work cross functionally and keep everyone on their toes
  • Help with contracts, SOWs, MSAs and other key agreements and documents.
  • Create structure within the existing Google Drive and organize technical documents to be accessed by all employees at TicketGuardian
  • Effectively communicate across multidisciplinary departments in the company

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working on technical projects as a coordinator or facilitator
  • Strong organization and communication skills and the ability to operate with little oversight/direction is mandatory
  • Have a basic understanding of SDLC 
  • Exposure to using JIRA to manage tickets/projects
  • The ability to take initiative, spot inefficiencies and take action to follow up
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, love of software engineering, and passion for start-up environments
  • Ideally have gone to a coding school to learn basic coding and develop a strong technical background
