Ring’s Product Validation Program is looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator. This person will support our Project managers in delivering highly successful Alpha/Beta/Field tests to meet the needs of our business. This is a dynamic role that supports Ring’s product development and assists in bringing our devices to market. 

Responsibilities

  • Tester Management – Oversee tester onboarding to project & participation. Ensure they have the necessary equipment and are capable of assisting with our testing initiatives
  • Support – With products in the Alpha, Beta and even Field (market) stages of their lifecycle testers may encounter issues. This role will support testers in active projects who are experiencing issues with the test device/app. The Coordinator will assist with resolving the issue, if they are unable to they will escalate to corresponding teams.
  • Feedback Management– Coordinators will manage the feedback submitted by testers, whether that be bug submissions, suggestions, discussion forum topics or journal entries. This is a crucial part of the job as the success of the project is dependent on the feedback coming in and circulating through the organization.
  • Data Analytics – Coordinators will regularly review feedback to identify trends in the project. They will draft reports and submit them to UX Researchers and Project Managers for further analysis, but are encouraged to do this analytical work themselves.

  • A highly skilled communicator (in English; both written and spoken)
  • A critical thinker; capable of mapping out complex
  • A self-starter who doesn't need micromanaging
  • Someone who is highly focused and productive amidst distractions and perpetual collaboration 
  • Adaptable and willing to wear whichever hat that gets the job done
  • Impeccable organization skills with attention to detail

  • Background in product quality
  • Background in technical troubleshooting
  • Background in handling customers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced small company/startup environment
  • Experience with the Centercode platform, JIRA, and G Suite
