Programs & Pathways Manager

Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Programs & Pathways, the Programs & Pathways Manager will be responsible for program strategy for InStride’s network of corporate and academic partners, supervising the development, management, and optimization of program mapping and articulating program design to internal and external partners. The manager will be responsible for leading robust synthesis of industry and academic program data to inform impactful learning pathway construction and innovative ways to tie academic programming to corporate workforce development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead program taxonomy of InStride educational offerings across university partners and aligned to corporate and learner needs
- Seek opportunities to integrate programs and pathways research into InStride's development of new Academic & Corporate partners
- Synthesize university program data, research organization data and internal sources to develop corporate facing custom academic pathways
- Lead corporate partner requests for specific content or programs or alignment to internal competency or learning frameworks
- Solve complex challenges in workforce development, academic partnership development and produce reports and other work with speed and quality
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in program development, higher education, and/or learning & development
- Be passionately curious 100% of the time and work with a team that builds meaningful bridges between education and industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Expertise in Higher Education, credit transfer articulations, stackable credentials, credit-for-prior learning, and/or pathway programs
- Experience in professional development design for adult learners, L&D, and/or industry workforce partnership initiatives
- Working knowledge of data visualization and/or business intelligence tools
- Excited by the challenge of building a world-class business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling return on investment, but also has a meaningful impact on society.
- Ability to facilitate and enable people to collaborate with each other; and promote collaboration with partners e.g., with Universities, corporate clients and the team.
- High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality.
- High attention to detail, while also having the ability to think and plan strategically
- A self-motivated problem solver with a strong work ethic and high energy level
