The Program Optimization and Impact Lead is an exciting role that will help Enervee deliver greenhouse gas emissions reductions at scale. Our new hire will play a critical role in ensuring that Enervee can monetize the energy savings and greenhouse gas emissions reductions achieved as a result of nudging consumers towards better retail buying decisions.

How you can make an impact

The Program Optimization and Impact Lead will serve as the internal subject matter expert and external thought leader for all things related to measurement, optimization and valuation of program impact. Specific responsibilities include:

• Program valuation. Serve as technical subject-matter expert on impact quantification methods and cost-effectiveness determinations; work with internal product and data teams to ensure that Enervee programs meet demand-side management regulatory requirements; provide technical support to utility regulatory affairs lead on related regulatory advocacy.
• Program optimization. Determine impacts of changes to evaluation approaches and cost-effectiveness regimes on program profitability and ability to meet contractual requirements; interface with revenue and marketing teams to recommend program designs & optimizations based on changing regulatory constraints, with a view to limiting underperformance risk and capturing upside potential.
• Evaluation. Oversee all in-house and external program evaluation activities, including communicating evaluation insights and implications to inform business decisions and contributing to industry thought leadership efforts undertaken by the Insight & Outreach team. 

The Program Optimization and Impact Lead will report to the SVP of Market Development and ensure that Enervee's products and programs are designed and implemented to maximize impact and value.
