About the Role

You will be working directly with our clients to transition them to the Rival Platform, maintain day-to-day communications, and ensuring their success in the use of our platform. You will represent the clients needs to Rival's engineering and product teams, and drive and manage the development of the relevant features. Additionally, this role will help us launch the platform!, manage technical integration projects, develop externally facing APIs, and similar efforts. This is the first hire of it's kind at Rival, so there are tremendous growth opportunities and ability own how your career develops.

What You'll Do

- Own the relationship with clients and vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of Rival's Platform

- Manage client on-boarding process from migration from previous systems, training client staff through deployment of new systems

- Manage end-to-end integration projects with partners, vendors, and clients

- Collaborate with engineering product management to plan, track and deliver new products and features

- Investigate, track, and resolve open issues for any given project through communication with a wide array of stakeholders

- Operate internal tools, systems, and manage complex data

- Document, simplify, and communicate the user of complex software for non-technical stakeholders

What You'll Need to Succeed

- 4+ years of experience as a program manager in enterprise or consumer software space

- Experience with complex software integration projects

- Excellent diplomacy skills and ability to communicate effectively using the same

- Self-motivated; able to take responsibility for a task and run with it with little to no oversight

- Quick learner and detail oriented

- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Highly Desired

- Knowledge of basic SQL

- Experience in or familiarity with the ticketing industry

- CS degree or equivalent
