We are seeking an exceptionally talented Program Manager to help plan, track, and coordinate our technology and product initiatives.

Success in this role requires the ability to ensure team success through management of multiple issues, tasks, and projects, while being influential & highly communicative. 

A basic understanding of the fashion landscape is a plus. You may not be a fashion expert, but you have a general sense for the domain, and can get up to speed very quickly.

You will:

• Process, Planning & Tracking
• Work with the Technology and Product management team to identify major company goals for each year (or the most relevant time frame)
• Work with product managers and department leads to translate roadmap initiatives into quarterly goals and projects
• Keep track of the status of key initiatives across teams and make this information visible to all
• Develop an effective and repeatable prioritization process for found work and sudden opportunities
• Regularly identify process improvements and implement any necessary changes
• Day-to-Day Team Management
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Spot and escalate projects at risk, escalating to product managers for quick resolution or business trade-offs
• Work with product managers to handle backlogs and new requests
• Manage each project’s scope, timeline and status
• Drive or track consistent, forward progress on roadmap projects and clearly communicate status
• Ensure that trade-off and prioritization decisions are made explicit and communicated to the wider team

You have:

• 4+ years of program management experience or equivalent
• Hands-on project management experience with responsibility for failure or success
• Strong familiarity with SDLC practices at small to mid-size technology companies (experience with Agile methodology preferred)
• A natural ability to influence others in a collaborative, respectful manner
• Demonstrates knowledge of program management best practices
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starting and comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with fashion e-commerce or resale business a plus
