Program Manager, Sales Enablement
The Program Manager, Sales Enablement is a learning and development expert who will work closely with the Director to ensure that enablement programs include content, resources, and training that is current, relevant, actionable, and easily consumed through the most appropriate forum, with the potential to both create and facilitate content. The role will drive continuous innovation in sales enablement programs and tools to enhance overall participation and productivity in strategic initiatives to support the organization's business strategy. Programs will include, but are not limited to, new hire on-boarding, continuous learning, and mentorship. This will involve working with a broad set of key stakeholders, including sales operations, product marketing, and other subject matter experts, to prioritize, launch, and measure sales enablement programs. BlackLine's sales team is global and multi-channel.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments and field research
- Collaborate with the Director and Sales Trainers to evaluate business challenges and determine learning solutions
- Enhance the new hire onboarding program with touchpoints throughout the first 90 days
- Support the development of ongoing enablement programs
- Identify and implement the most effective modalities and tools to support an array of learners (in-person, on-demand, virtual, gamification, simulations, assessments, coaching and mentoring) based on learning objectives, while considering time and geographical constraints
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to scale best practices by developing programs with an optimal mix of learning delivery methodologies including classroom, live-and-online, self-paced e-learning, and blended methodologies
- Support implementation of our LMS
- Establish and monitor metrics to ensure that enablement efforts make a compelling ROI case and results are effectively and efficiently meeting the business needs

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in learning and development
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance
- Ability to analyze and synthesize significant amounts of information from multiple sources, with the ability to convert sophisticated technical information into accessible and meaningful information
- Knowledge of and experience applying Adult Learning Principles in corporate learning using multiple learning methodologies to effectively deliver the right content to the right audience at the right time
- Ability to apply Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model plus Philip's ROI Methodology
- Fluent in various Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience using cutting edge enablement platforms with mobile learning, experiential learning, gamification, and robust tracking and reporting features
- Understanding of both project management and change management concepts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fast learner with a creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in fast paced, team focused environment and exhibit flexibility within changing business needs
- Resourceful, with superb attention to detail and the ability to execute with little supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales training/enablement experience, preferably in B2B Financial SaaS space
- Hands-on experience with authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Adapt, Camtasia, and Walkme
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts
