About the Program Manager, International at Headspace:

Headspace is looking for a Program Manager, International to help establish key product development support around localization and growth optimization. Reporting to the Director of International, this individual will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams serving as a bridge between International Operations and all other teams involved. Working with passionate and creative cross-functional teams, this person will play a critical role in delivering our vision of “Improving the health and happiness of the world”.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

• Responsible for developing and optimizing product localization support as well as the underlying technology used to support all teams involved with the process
• Promote a rigorous data culture using quantitative and qualitative metrics with a focus on measuring success at an international level
• Manage day-to-day relationships with service providers and key internal stakeholders
• Understand international competitive landscape and use it to shape and inform larger go-to-market strategy

What you’ve accomplished:

• 5+ years of experience developing consumer facing software products 
• Exceptional communication skills; fluency in other languages a plus
• A passion for learning through hands-on work
• We are looking for somebody who thrives in organizing hundreds of moving pieces and wants to be personally involved in setting the stage for success in each territory
• A results driven mentality: making data driven decisions is second nature to you
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate metrics into in-market insights
• Experience with guiding global product decisions, including prioritizing requests from different countries that are at different stages of maturity
