As the Program Coordinator for US Video Labeling, you'll be the driving factor behind ensuring TikTok users in the US experience relevant and diverse content in app. You'll lead a cross-functional team located across the globe to meet lofty productivity and quality goals for various labeling programs feeding into TikTok's content algorithm. In this role, you'll act as the an internal expert of our global labeling taxonomy, analyze labeling accuracy and work with global team leads to calibrate understanding of our taxonomy leading to more accurate video labeling. Who You Are: Program manager. You have experience leading multiple stakeholders across various timezones to achieve aggressive shared goals. You're impeccably organized, documentation is second-nature, and you have a love for timelines. Quality assurance expert. You've thrived in the world of QA for user generated content. You understand the nuanced judgement it takes to accurately label content. Moreso, you're experienced in providing feedback to labelers and have demonstrated expertise in quality improvement processes. Communication expert. You meet your teammates where they are and communicate in a way that makes sense to them. You're experienced in working across with global teams and diverse cultural backgrounds. You're patient and audience-centric. You offer feedback that includes relevant examples and is actionable. Cool and calm. You like moving fast and change energizes you. You're able to quickly adapt to using a new process or tool from day to day. You operate with urgency - you identify poor quality operations and can quickly create a sustainable improvement plan. User first. You're obsessed with providing a first class experience to TikTok users. Your care for the TikTok community's experience is the driving force behind your detail oriented and results driven approach to your work.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of quality assurance for user generated video content experience - Demonstrated success in collaborating with global stakeholders - Proven ability to create and implement methods of quality improvement - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, identify trade-offs, and make decisions with limited information in high-pressure situations - Proven attention to detail, highly self-driven and results oriented - Strong written and verbal communication skills
