Job Description:

We are working on cutting-edge VR/MR/AR applications which allows people to connect deeper to the world around us in order to feel touched, inspired, educated and entertained. We are seeking YOU an Agile Production Coordinator to help us bring these experiences to life. You'll be responsible for supporting the coordination and facilitation of a VR project throughout the entire development lifecycle, including planning, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers and artists) and manage the creation of new processes and tools to support virtual storytelling through VR
• Attend client meetings and manage delivery expectations together with Project Managers
• Work closely with project leads and department heads
• Provide nurturing atmosphere for the team to perform at their highest level by removing any impediments in the development progress
• Participate in daily stand-ups as well as sprint grooming, planning, retrospective, and review meetings
• Coordinate meetings & schedules for your teams and between other projects
• Be flexible and know how to resolve scheduling conflicts independently
• Liaise between different projects and identify key collaborative components to the appropriate Project Managers
• Be able to prioritize between different projects in a fast paced environment
• Task tracking of teams based on planned JIRA User stories
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure product backlog is updated and ready for the next sprint
• Track all phases of the project through timely delivery/product launch by maintaining ownership and accountability of project schedule and backlog
• Effectively communicate project status by providing head of department and supervisors with key performance parameters and regular status/variance reports to track progress, risk mitigation options, and overall status

Must Have

• At least 1 year experience as a production coordinator
• Agile knowledge required
• Ability to adapt to changing needs of production with grace, and exhibit confidence and political sensitivity
• Strong organizational/project planning and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing team work flows in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Ability to influence and coach others, while promoting a positive team morale
• Results-oriented outlook, and proactive personality with the ability to triage

Would Be Nice

• Understanding of different types of game engines (Unity, Unreal, etc)
• Experience with Jira Software
• Shipped a commercially-released game and/or released software product
