Objectives of this role: As PMO to the US GM, you'll act as project manager, consensus creator and thought partner to the leadership of the US TikTok Team. You'll run point on essential. cross-functional projects across the org and plan major planning meetings. Responsibilities: - Act as thought partner to the US GM. - Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders regarding cross-functional company projects, proposals and planning, as well as company climate and employee well-being. - Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads. - Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. - Work on public facing initiatives that involve content strategy and engage the user base. - Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. - Anticipate needs, provide high-level executive administrative support and project management tasks. - Quickly be able to serve as a subject matter expert in any pertinent area of the business, handle inquiries and develop action plans to address them, and assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
Requirements: - 4+ years in a business or executive management role. Consulting experience with a focus on operations management a plus. - Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field - preferred, but not required. - Proven experience organizing and directing multiple departments. - Excellent communicator in written and verbal form. - Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity. - Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives. - Experience working in a fasted-paced environment with little room for error. - Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style.
