Responsibilities

At TikTok Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. We have global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. As a PMO in TikTok, you'll take ownership of the calendar for a senior executive, set-up and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and organize projects and communications. This is the role for you if you are passionate about cross-functional project management and organizing important information. You will be expected to work with minimal guidance, take action on urgent priorities, and act with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. Responsibilities: - Serve as liaison between senior executive, staff, and cross functional stakeholders regarding company projects, planning, and meetings - Manage a complex calendar and coordinate meetings and events -Organize information, update and create spreadsheets and ad hoc reports - Coordinate executive travel and expense management - Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. - Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity. - Anticipate needs, provide high-level executive administrative support and project management tasks.

Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience assisting senior leadership - Bachelor’s degree - Excellent communicator in written and verbal form. - Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity. - Experience working in a fasted-paced environment with little room for error. - Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work-style. - Bilingual in English with the ability to speak, read and write in Chinese without limitations or assistance
