What You’ll Do:

The Planning Manager, Retail is responsible for the management of the Retail Open-To-Buy within the total company Open-To-Buy.This role is highly collaborative and partners closely with a variety of cross functional teams.

• Maintain sales, receipts, style count and depth plans for the Retail channel, under the direction of the Planning Director & Planning VP. Ensure that all plans align with company wide goals (assortment, production & financial). 
• Work with Planning Director to reforecast financial targets for each Retail store; communicate financial objectives cross-functionally.
• Demonstrate strategic inventory control for for each OTB category across the Retail fleet
• Work with business intelligence teams to build reports that facilitate faster analysis of store and category performance. 
• Communicate the category-level financial goals to cross-functional partners & lead alignment efforts 
• Prepare hindsights on inventory categories and geographies. 
• Ad hoc reports, projects and analysis as necessary
  

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree strongly preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in planning/buying/merchandising 
• Strong Analytical and Math Skills
• Strong Excel Knowledge
• Ability to deal successfully with complexities of an expanding organization
