  • Manage additional onboarding and operations projects as necessary.

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in property onboarding and/or project management. Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, and/or property management a plus.
  • Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to prioritize numerous competing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and get your hands dirty when needed.

Perks and Benefits...

  • Salary: $60,000-$65,000
  • Benefits and Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Team bonding and off-site events
  • Complimentary and discount stays at AvantStay properties
