FabFitFun is looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Merchandising Project Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Merchandising Project Manager, this will be an amazing opportunity to flex your organization and communication skills. This person will work as a liason between the Merchandising team, and other fast-paced departments within FabFitFun. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functional to keep the teams organized, efficient and on track.

 What you’ll do:

• Organize and distribute merch products and samples to the Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, and Creative teams
• Track samples to ensure products are available and on time for creative shoots
• Schedule and assist with print production requests (editorial, business cards, inserts) outreach and purchase orders
• Help manage high-volume calendar for the Merchandising Master Calendar + Ecommerce Master Calendar
• Assist in creating seasonal decks and help gather necessary supporting data from the Account Management team
• Maintain team organizational tools such as Wrike and Asana, ensuring they are accurate and up to date
• Tracking delivery for all add ons and in box initiatives
• Establish and grow a strong level of communication and partnership with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Editorial, Customer Service, Product, Operations and Events to communicate Merch initiatives 

 What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 1-2 years of professional work experience in fast-paced environment (e-commerce or fashion-related industries a plus)
• Experience managing multiple high-volume inbox and calendars
• Strong communication, organizational, writing and presentation skills
• Extreme attention to detail, creative and critical thinking skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach and positive attitude
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (as well as have an aptitude with technology)
• Bonus Points: Strong experience with Salesforce, Wrike, Asana, Google Shared Documents
