RESPONSIBILITY

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders in all segmentations to advance projects and manage assets
• Advise VP’s and co-founders on project deadlines, timelines, and possible roadblocks with succinct communication
• Liaison between content/graphic/UX teams and campaign management/execution teams to ensure projects are completed as expected
• Partner with external agencies as main internal contact while also acting as gatekeeper
• Develop, maintain, and update our marketing project management tools and overall process (Trello, Asana, Google Suite, Slack etc.) 
• Keep all teams up to date on overall marketing dept. priorities and initiatives

SKILLS

• 4-6+ years of digital marketing experience, with agency experience preferred
• PMP or other project mgmt. certification a +
• Experience managing campaigns, projects, or teams across multiple marketing segmentations (Social, Search, Display, Offline, etc.)
• Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, Project Management Tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)
• You enjoy being detail-oriented & organized 
• You are creative when challenges arise 
• Passionate about inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle
