We are currently seeking a Market Research Project Manager to join our growing team. This integral position will be responsible for managing online research projects and will be the primary client contact on these projects. The ideal candidate will be a true team player with a proven track record of success in project management and client service (specifically in the Market Research industry). For the past few years, ProdegeMR has seen transformative growth and is now building the team to continue to foster client success and further escalate our growth trajectory.  

Additionally, the Project Manager will: 

• Manage market research projects of varying scale and complexity for quick turn deadlines and in a fast-pace company culture
• Proactively identify, communicate, escalate and resolve project issues and changes that impact timing, require additional fees (scope creep), and/or action of project team members and clients
• Build effective, professional working relationships with our clients, providing them guidance and recommendations when appropriate
• Provide a high level of client service, ensuring client objectives are met and providing strategic optimization recommendations where appropriate
• Manage and maintain quality, project timelines and met or exceed expectations with regards to project budget/margins 
• Work closely with the sales team and effectively communicate status and issues to team members and other project stake holders
• Manage third party vendors which includes soliciting and assessing bids, providing guidance to the survey programmer, ensuring deliverability, troubleshooting and developing strategic partnerships

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of project management experience specifically in market research lifecycle
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communications skills
• Strong follow-through and technical acumen
• Well-developed time management and multitasking skills
• Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
• Strong analytic aptitude and results oriented with great attention to detail
• Proficiency with Word & Excel
• Must be familiar with CRM based solutions
