What we are looking for…

Our Market Launch Associate is responsible for bringing new destinations online and into the AvantStay portfolio. As a Launch Associate you will be responsible for training new hires and developing the infrastructure (warehousing, vendor relations, partnerships, etc.) needed to operate at scale. You will be asked to collaborate with real estate, development, and operations teams to develop a plan for launching new markets, implementing that plan, and analyzing results to improve future launches. This role requires you to travel up to 75% of the year as we expand into new markets. . The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and the fast paced environment that comes along with it, highly skilled in organization, communication, sourcing and a true project manager. Prior experience in the STR industry is nice to have but not required.

What You'll Do...

• A self-starter with a positive attitude, who has the ability to remotely manage projects on a fast paced level
• Build and manage partner relationships by sourcing vendors and create partnerships in new markets
• You’ll work with key project stakeholders to evaluate their efficacy, and negotiate contracts.
• Help write the new playbook for market launches -- a resource that captures every step and consideration for launching an AvantStay market
• You will play a key role in helping onboard the first home in a new market
• Train new AMs, AAMs, Maint and HKs on all our tools and processes
• Travel 75%+ in 2021

What You'll Bring...

• Experience working with vendors and partners (negotiating, creating contracts, etc.)
