Responsibilities

About the Team: Partnerships are a critical means by which we drive user growth, awareness, and usage of TikTok. We are looking for an experienced Manager, Creator Education & Communications to support the TikTok creator strategy. You will help us empower the next wave of TikTok creators and partners by creating best-in-class scaled creator education programs. Education programs include and self-service online site, O&O TikTok creators channels and help channels. You will develop education content, launch education initiatives and promote the programs. You should be excited about he future of creator education and their experience, with a focus on video-first= learning. You need excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. In addition, you drive the strategy for social and community communication / engagement with TikTok creators. This will require understanding all creator touch points and developing initiatives to communicate with creators in a timely manner that drives creator satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Creator Education - Lead content development and pipeline including learning objectives, and produce content with expert teachers & creators - Develop learning maintenance strategies to ensure that materials remain relevant and useful - Drive the promotion of TikTok creator education efforts (in-app, marketing campaigns etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Define and manage the analysis and KPIs for the education efforts 2. Creator Communications - Develop and execute creator social & communication strategy - Develop TikTok's creator touch points - social media accounts, creator blogs etc - define strategy, develop content, publish content and promote content - Develop strategy comms and support plans for creators in relation to feature launches, policy changes, and known product issues - Act as the voice of our creator community back to internal teams, advocating for changes to address critical feedback and improve user experience with our products.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience designing, producing, testing, and measuring the effectiveness and impact of online education content. 2. Ability to derive insights from education research and industry trends 3. Experience with various technology and education platforms. 4. Experience in user / creator communications across different social media platforms, blogs etc. 5. Experience working with social media agencies 6. Experience managing various social media accounts - developing strategy, content, posting, engagement and tracking performance 7. Experience with data, measurement, and analyses in order to draw insights from dashboards, report on them, and derive recommendations 8. Effective creative and and conversational storyteller with excellent writing and visual communication skills. 9. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field such as Creator Marketing, User Experience, Technical Writing, Educational Technology, or equivalent practical experience. 10. Understanding of the TikTok platform, TikTok creators, and the current competitive landscape of education and technology 11. Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills 12. A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast paced environment
