Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks involved in the project.  Coordinates meetings, schedules, reporting and communication to project teams and ensure team members adhere to project deadlines. Responsible to track project changes, updated schedules/project plans and garner agreement with Engineers and customers.  Compiles a summary of documents i.e. project plans, change requests, schedules and requirements for the project team.

Job Description

  • Gathers all project information schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks and project meetings
  • Works with project team(s) to understand and track all work, tasks and project assignments
  • Monitor and modify project schedules as assigned
  • Maintain document control, track project activities and team communications
  • Assist project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow-up with meeting notes
  • Schedule project follow up meetings as needed
  • Develops and review project status and reports
  • Develops and publishes communications to project team and stakeholders
  • Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all tasks are completed as prescribed and projects are completed in a timely manner
  • Work with Project Manager to maintain scope, schedules and work flows for projects assigned
  • Create schedules, communications to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
  • Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast paced environment
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • PMP not required, considered a plus
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
