About the International Program Manager at Headspace:

Headspace is looking for a Program Manager, International to help establish key project management support around localization and growth optimization for new markets. Reporting to the VP of International, this individual will work closely with Product, Engineering, Content and Growth marketing teams serving as a bridge between International Operations and all other teams involved. Working with passionate and creative cross-functional teams, this person will play a critical role in delivering our vision of “Improving the health and happiness of the world”.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

• Work closely with our cross-functional partners to ensure a coordinated and deliberate approach toward launching complex projects
• Provide proper communication in a variety of formats to ensure that stakeholders and senior management are aware of progress and roadblocks
• Ensure that all stakeholders to a project are completing their deliverables on time and with high-quality 
• Continually refine the processes of cross-functional teams in order to improve velocity and agility while reducing complexity
• Set up Translation Company and workflow and be POC for org to translation company including managing and archiving of all translations across the company
• Facilitate the growth test for voice options for each new market
• Relay information and updates to Partnerships/Growth when app content will be ready
• Coordinating Market Research with Brand Strategist

What you’ve accomplished:

• 5+ years of experience in the consumer software space
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to communicating often
• Ability to manage many competing priorities and constant reprioritization, while ensuring that stakeholder expectations are set properly
• Experience driving consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders, setting/working toward common user engagement goals, and project managing a vast set of initiatives
• A passion for process and building high performing teams
• A bias toward action, a predilection for getting hands dirty and doing any work required to get the job done
• Extreme tendency towards organization is a plus
• Experience with mobile and web user interfaces is a plus
• Experience with guiding global product decisions, including prioritizing requests from different countries that are at different stages of maturity is a plus
