VP of Product Strategy and Program Management

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a background in healthcare , SaaS and  interoperability. In this role you have to be an influencer and collaborative as this a heavily matrixed role. You have to be relentless in highlighting bottlenecks in product adoption by following the entire customer journey throughout the customer launch process. You will do so by ensuring the following critical steps : 

  1. Product being positioned correctly by the sales team
  2. Right processes are being followed in handing off customer to implementation
  3. Right implementation processes are being followed to review the product and its value with customer and any objections in product adoption is handled properly 
  4. Products are being implemented correctly and accurately accordingly to product specs  
  5. Product bugs and feature that are blockers are identified and escalated to Product quickly and resolution is tracked 
  6. Appropriate dashboards and reporting is developed to communicate with executives and all other stakeholders 

How you will contribute:

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales on launch strategy for products or platforms you own to ensure successful marketing, launch and monetization
  • Participate in capacity planning with implementation, product and engineering leadership to ensure implemented clients can be integrated into PatientPop’s platform in an efficient, timely manner
  • Work closely with Product Management and marketing to ensure right to go market material, training and sales pitch and right level of understanding and communication with implementation team
  • Create up to date to dashboards for special projects such as integration to ensure right flow of information from Sales to implementation and Product 
  • Continuously identify bottlenecks in the process and collaborate with Sales , marketing, implementation and product to address and remove bottlenecks as bottlenecks in system shift 
  • Convert program requirements to executable deliverables; develop and help maintain project plans and schedules
  • Communicate status and activities and exhibit stellar communication and organizational skills
  • Identify and communicate program scope and ensure critical paths, milestones, and all objectives are met
  • Curate, analyze, and present data to solve problems, drive change, and improve performance
  • Strong technical aptitude and background, particularly related to healthcare integration standards (e.g., HL7, X12, Smart on FHIR, APIs)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and grow productive, trusting, and open relationships with a wide variety of constituencies.
  • Demonstrated team management, leadership, and team work skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed responsibility and execution environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complexity in a clear manner
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with customers and other external stakeholders regarding system interoperability system design and behavior
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving skills
  • Experience in market sizing and market research 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical / healthcare integration industry experience
  • Demonstrated leadership building interoperability program in alliance with all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding of related standards and frameworks (i.e. HL7, FHIR)
