We’re looking for an Implementation Team Lead to join our growing Client Success team. Are you highly communicative, hyper-organized, and driven by metrics? Do you enjoy project management, leading teams, and working with clients? If so, we’d love to speak with you!

 

As an Implementation Team (IM) Lead, you’ll be leading our IM team on the front lines with our clients, who are the world’s elite real estate agents and their marketers. The IM team connects with our clients to understand their business, brand, and vision for their websites. As the initial point of contact, they guide clients through their first 4-6 weeks with Luxury Presence as project managers, intersecting with the clients, sales, marketing, development, and design. Your responsibility will be to provide the team with guidance and leadership, a clear and effective process, success metrics, and handle any customer escalations. 

 

Throughout the implementation cycle you’ll be coaching our team as they deliver vast product knowledge, expert training, an eye for design, all ensuring clients’ journey from point of sale to live website is a fantastic experience.  

 

You’re good at:

-Managing and leading a team with structure backed by data and metric driven goals

-Driving process and improving efficiency

-Using PM software to manage teams, projects, all on varied timelines 

-Paying close attention to detail & staying organized

-Working with people

 

You have:

-5+ years working in implementation or client success

-1+ years managing direct reports

-An innovative and entrepreneurial mindset

-The ability to have empathy for clients

-An interest in Real Estate is a plus

 

You crush:

-CSAT scores

-Coaching, helping, being an awesome manager

-Managing the line between efficiency and quality

-Mondays
