You will be working with some of the top e-commerce and Shopify stores in the world, as well as the best team this side of the Mississippi!

 


Implementation at Tapcart


The Implementation Specialist role in charge of customer onboarding, so a background in a customer facing role is preferred. As an Implementation Specialist you’ll be the project manager and first point of contact for the customer as they setup and launch their mobile apps. Specifically, you'll be responsible for helping the customer set up their developer accounts, completing their app design, training the customer on how to use their dashboard, consulting on best practices and integrations for app performance and adoption, and getting the completed mobile app live in the app store. Essentially you’re a professional go-getter and problem solver for building mobile apps – meaning you’re able to manage technological problems and communicate effectively with business owners. You’re comfortable transforming interruptions and delays into actionable results, and pushing projects to completion.

 

This role works closely with Sales, Design, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure a world-class onboarding experience for the customer. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to work with major existing brands to keep their apps up to date, and their latest changes are being applied. You’re diligent about providing proactive timelines while communicating any potential update hiccups early on. In this role there is an expectation to be on top of client’s concerns before our client has to reach out to us.

What you need

  • 1-2 years in an Implementation, Quality Assurance (QA), technical support, sales, or client-facing role
  • Strong critical thinking skills, an analytical mind, and problem-solving aptitude
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, showing your ability to push a project to completion
  • A passion for e-commerce and a desire to share our vision and enthusiasm with customers
  • Ability to flourish in a high growth tech environment where change is constant
  • Experience using Salesforce

Bonus if you have:

  • Shopify experience
  • Apple and Google developer experience
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Startup experience
  • Experience submitting and maintaining mobile apps
  • Experience with Gainsight and/or Chili Piper
