Implementation Manager
We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to join our growing Client Success team. Are you highly communicative, hyper-organized, and project oriented? Do you enjoy building and designing websites? If so, we’d love to speak with you!
As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be on the front lines with our clients, who are the world’s elite real estate agents and their marketers. You’ll connect to understand their business, brand, and vision for their websites. As the initial point of contact, you’ll guide clients through their first 6-8 weeks with Luxury Presence as you take the role of project manager, intersecting with the client, sales, marketing, development, and design.
Throughout the implementation cycle you will deliver your vast product knowledge, expert training, and eye for design, ensuring clients’ journey from point of sale to live website is a fantastic experience.
You’re good at:
Communicating with clients, particularly explaining technical complexities and setting expectations
Problem solving (both with customers and technical issues)
Using PM software to manage multiple projects on varied timelines
Interpreting, guiding, and executing client’s vision
Paying close attention to detail & staying organized
You have:
1-2 years managing clients’ digital presence
An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
Have created your own content, professionally or personally
Familiarity with website design and/or development
You crush:

Managing the line between efficiency and quality
