 As an Enterprise Implementation Specialist you’ll be responsible for deploying beautiful, high performing mobile apps on the Tapcart platform for our largest customers. Essentially you will be setting our customers up for success and delivering on the intended results they purchased. This role works closely with the Customer Success team making sure the customers are happy and healthy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Sales, or other related client-facing roles
  • Ability to articulate the value that customers receive from Saas solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in onboarding and retaining a portfolio of Enterprise customers
  • Ability to manage conflict and deal with difficult discussions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, implementation and sales teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working with customers at the beginning of their journey to build beautiful, high performing e-commerce mobile applications
  • Advising customers the best practices in design, communication, and mobile app strategy as it pertains to the Tapcart platform
  • Communicating with clients via chat, email and phone
  • Working closely with sales to ensure a smooth post sale hand off
  • Hold a regular cadence of meetings with customers until their apps are deployed and they are ready for handoff to their account manager
  • Performing quality assurance on each app prior to launch and making recommendations for change if needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce SaaS platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce
  • Apple and Google developer experience
  • Startup experience
  • Tech savvy and forward thinking
  • Multi lingual
