POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Project Manager to join the revenue cycle team who will be responsible for managing special projects covering breadth and depth of revenue cycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced and high growth environment. As a key member of the revenue cycle team, the project manager will work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute project plans.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Develop and maintain detail project plans
•    Manage project scope, timeline, resources, costs, and quality
•    Prepare and provide regularly scheduled project updates to leadership
•    Lead project meetings as required
•    Ensure projects are on track, communicate out status of projects, build contingency and mitigation plans
•    Design metrics and measure success of initiatives 
•    Analyze large sets of data to uncover key insights that can be leverage strategically
•    Participate in the development of training materials
•    Meet tight deadlines in a time sensitive and resource constrained project environment
•    Promote teamwork and maintain high level of satisfaction within project team members 
•    Develop innovative solutions to complex revenue cycle problems
•    Manage a wide range of stakeholders within the revenue cycle 

DESIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a closely related field
•    At least 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
•    At least 3 years of project management experience
•    Client facing experience 
•    Ability to manage a portfolio of projects
•    Project Management (PMP) certification strongly preferred
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
•    Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
•    Highly motivated self-started who is an excellent team player
•    Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information.
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•    Ability to travel ~50% of the time (may include international travel)
