You will be shaping the landscape of Content Partnerships and we expect you to find solutions and create opportunities with a minimum of hand-holding. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo About the Team: The Content Partnerships team is seeking an enthusiastic Growth Strategy Specialist to help build the managed partner program for public figures on TikTok. You will be responsible for both proactive and reactive onboarding efforts, building programs to support our public figure community and helping to advise them on content strategy to help grow their presence on platform. This role requires a passion for popular culture, artistic creativity and technology. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter who is excited working in fast-paced environments and on multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for individuals who are flexible, can find solutions to ambiguous problems, be resourceful and bring positivity to the work environment. Responsibilities: - Lead acquisition strategy, outreach, onboarding, and partner management efforts with all non-music entertainment celebrities on the TikTok platform - Oversee a portfolio of Public Figure partners, providing high-touch relationship management through the communication of content best practices, personalized content strategy - Establish, manage, analyze, interpret and translate key quantitative metrics and business trends around partner performance into strategic insights that drive Public Figure account growth - Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to develop, build and execute content programs with Public Figures - Develop innovative and high impact partnerships directly with talent, as well as to their respective agencies and management companies - Negotiate and execute content partnership agreements to maximize high impact onboarding, optimizing for posting consistency and long-term retention - Establish new processes to improve current workflows in order to drive strategic growth and scale our service to a high volume of public figures

Qualifications

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; Masters degree preferred - 4-6 years experience working with Public Figures, entertainment celebrities, high profile artists, and creators - Rolodex of strong relationships direct with talent, with a demonstrated ability to persuasively influence celebrities toward partnership - Experience managing high level relationships with entertainment industry partners (talent agencies, management companies, publicity firms, etc) - Digital media industry expertise, with an understanding of digital video and social platforms - An unwavering passion for social media, popular culture, and entertainment - Strong negotiation and deal-making skills - Ability to work independently to drive multiple time-sensitive, high-priority projects - Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills - Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills - A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented - Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships with senior level executives - Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
